I am looking to RENT a 1 Bedroom condo for 3 months in DADE county Florida, Sunny Isles, Aventura, North Miami etc.

Unit must have a full kitchen, fully furnished with HIGH Speed Internet, and laundry in the building.

Building should have child friendly POOL.

Building should be within walking distance to the BEACH ( 3 blocks).

Period wanted is Mid December to Mid March, 3 months total.

Budget is $1350/month including all utlities and internet and parking.
